The SATC was founded in 2015 by a private Filipino entrepreneur, Jose T. Calderon, engaged in supply and trading operations in construction, he founded an emulsion plant 'Rigid Sales Corporation', which pioneered in the Manufacturing of Cationic Emulsified Asphalt in 1977.
The corporation engaged the services of SLURRY SEAL INTERNATIONAL, INC. of the USA as consultant and supplier of the newly established emulsion plant.
In 2016, Elizabeth L. Calderon, took over as CEO/President to diversify and innovate the Company. Slurry engaged in additional trade and supply of Fine and Coarse Aggregates to various government and private projects nationwide and overseas in the year 2017. In 2019, Slurry ventured into mineral trading and exportation servicing various clients in China and Singapore. In 2020, SATC ventured into construction supply and construction development.
In 2022, we expanded our reach and added a pioneer in the construction industry to further enhance and broaden our scope in the industry and enter a wider range of projects including but not limited to solar studs, guard rails, solar street lighting, solar lighting, thermoplastic paints and various other DPWH road maintenance items.
